ReKindle:
A retreat for the women who are doing it all
24–27 April 2026 | The Cotswolds, England
A restorative long weekend for self-employed women, and women in roles within small businesses where you wear all the hats - the ones who do a bit of everything, give a lot, and rarely pause for themselves.
A place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your spark - in work and in life.

Get ready to step into your work and your days with more ease, confidence, and breathing room.

Rekindle is for you if…
-
You run your own business (or spend your days juggling multiple responsibilities)
-
You love what you do, but lately it has felt heavier than you’d like
-
You’re constantly juggling clients, responsibilities, and work decisions on top of the roles you play at home too
-
You’re craving space to think - or simply to be
-
You want to work in a way that feels sustainable, spacious, and aligned
-
You’re ready to reconnect with the part of you that feels creative, grounded, and genuinely inspired
Are you wondering
Is ReKindle for me?
This isn’t indulgence.
It’s strategy.
The kind that starts
from the inside out.
Why does this retreat exist?
Business can easily become all-consuming.
Stress, lack of space, endless task-switching - it all chips away at the very creativity and energy you need to run your work with purpose.
Rekindle bridges two worlds that are rarely offered together:
-
Practical business workshops that help you work smarter, not harder
-
Wellbeing practices that regulate your nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and rebuild your inner steadiness
Because when you feel resourced, grounded, and connected to yourself, your ideas flow, decision-making becomes clearer, and showing up feels lighter.

What you'll experience
Across the weekend you’ll move through a thoughtful rhythm of learning, creating, resting and reconnecting.
You’ll explore a blend of creative, practical, and wellbeing sessions, all designed to support you both as a human and as a business owner.

Meet Your Facilitators
We’re four working mums who know what it’s like to spin a dozen plates at once - business, family, school runs, appointments, the lot. We’ve each found ways to bring a little more calm, creativity, and clarity into the chaos, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

Siân Horsburgh - Making digital feel more human
Founder of SH Virtu and creator of the ReKindle Retreat, Siân helps women who work for themselves reclaim time, direction, and creative confidence by easing the pressure to “do it all.”
A creative ideas partner, Siân thrives on helping women share their stories and bring new ideas to life - whether that’s designing visuals, brainstorming ways to showcase expertise online, or streamlining everyday workflows with systems and tools that make life easier.
At ReKindle, Siân will lead practical and creative workshops in digital tools, designed to simplify your online presence, build confidence, and help you show up with ease and authenticity.

Tash Ward - Guiding movement to help find balance and clarity
Trained in South Africa and India, and now based in the Cotswolds, Tash’s purpose is to share the healing benefits of yoga by creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for modern practitioners.
Tash believes in encouragement over pressure, guiding her students to discover ease and stability in each posture without pushing or forcing the body.
At ReKindle, Tash will lead you through purposeful, grounding yoga sessions alongside restorative movement and meditation, helping you reconnect with your breath, build confidence in your practice, and leave feeling balanced and re-energised.

Anette Schive - Helping you capture the story behind your brand
Based in Oslo, Anette specialises in natural light photography that captures honest moments and real connection.
With a career spanning over 15 years in Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, and her native Oslo, she brings creative direction and technical precision to every shoot.
At ReKindle, Anette will lead hands-on photography masterclasses covering product and self-portrait photography, including creative flat lays and workspace imagery to help you tell the behind-the-scenes story of your business with confidence and authenticity.

Polly Hickling - Creating space for calm, confidence and ease
Polly is a tech professional and balance seeker!
Founder of The Calm Confidence Toolkit, a growing collection of simple practices and reflections to help busy minds find balance.
Through tapping, meditation, and gentle self-enquiry, she shares practical tools you can use every day to ease stress, quieten overwhelm, and build emotional resilience.
At ReKindle, Polly will guide you through calming and confidence-building practices to help you cope with stress, release tension, reset your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
